In particular circumstances, Seven Tattoo Supply may not be able to ensure the availability of all the products offered and therefore cannot be held responsible for the temporary unavailability of one or more products.. Except as otherwise agreed below (Right of withdrawal) the sending of the order by the Customer also counts as acceptance of any partial delivery, limited to products available within those ordered, as well as renouncing to request compensation and / or indemnity for this purpose.

Seven Supply, within the limits of availability as regulated above, guarantees that products equal or similar to those indicated and described on the site will be delivered. The images on the website are purely indicative and are provided to the customer to facilitate product recognition. Shipments to Italy (including islands) are entrusted to couriers TNT and BARTOLINI; the shipments to Europe are entrusted to corriere FEDEX.

All orders placed online or on the phone before hours 13.00 from Monday to Friday they are shipped with delivery service on the following working day.

After this time, orders will be shipped the next day (orders received on Friday afternoon will be shipped on Monday).
Couriers do not deliver goods on Saturday and Sunday.

Couriers will deliver, barring mishaps, the package to the address provided by:

• 1 O 2 days from dispatch for shipments to Italy (excluding Sicily, Sardinia);
• 2 O 3 days from shipment for deliveries in Sicily, Sardinia

The delivery times of the goods are indicative and not binding for the Seller. The delay in delivery (or in the shipment) does not offer the right to receive free or lower-priced transport. It also does not offer the right to refuse the collection of the goods.

NB: always carefully check that the shipping address communicated to us is correct and complete, that the recipient's name is present on the bell and that there is a person present for collection, otherwise the courier will not deliver by placing the goods in stock at its local office for 5 days and then send it back to the sender.

Expenses are charged to the customer and vary by weight, volume and value of the order.
Transport costs also include handling and packaging costs.
We will take care of the quickest solution, safe and economic for your shipment.
The goods travel at the buyer's risk, even if sold carriage paid with cash on delivery; the transfer of ownership of the property (and related risks) is perfected with consent, also verbal, ex Art. 1376c.c.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of purchase, based on the volumetric weight of the order.
For orders over 250 € VAT included, shipping is free (excluding Switzerland, Malta and the United Kingdom)

If your product is out of stock, we will notify you via email with an alternative or option to cancel your order and accept a refund..

In any case of force majeure, the fortuitous event, we will not be responsible for the delay or non-execution of deliveries and we will have the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part or to suspend or postpone its execution.

All prices quoted are in Euros, VAT and transport excluded.

VAT is applied to customers residing in Italy and European, the latter may be exempted from the VAT application if regularly registered with the VIES.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is intended in advance, through:

• CASH ON DELIVERY: Cash on delivery gives you the opportunity to pay the sum directly to the courier upon delivery. Payment must be made only in cash and for a maximum amount permitted by law.

• PAYPAL: secure and immediate transactions with SSL system.
• A RATE CON SCALAPAY: if you buy with Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 rate. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and authorizing this transfer.

For orders that are shipped by courier, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of goods, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, at any time, according to fairness and good faith, upon written communication by registered letter.

For orders that are shipped by courier to a VAT number, therefore to an activity of any company name, the right to withdraw does not exist (item 1490). At the discretion of the store, it will be possible to accept the goods as a return in exchange for a forward purchase voucher.

Any communication in this regard must be sent to Seven Supply - Via Carnia, 18 – 20900 Monza (MB) . In the communication, the customer must indicate the product or products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Returned goods must be new, integra, closed in the original packaging. The packaging must not be damaged, torn, bearing writings, stains or labels. However, the suitability of the return will be verified upon receipt of the goods at our warehouses.

The return shipping costs are charged to the customer. Inks cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Upon receipt we will issue a credit note. This will offer the customer the use of credit for the next purchase. No money will be returned.

Legal guarantee (guarantee of conformity)

It is a guarantee provided directly by the seller and is liable for any lack of conformity with the sales contract.
It only applies in these cases:

1. whenever there is a difference between the declared characteristics of a product and those of the purchased item (when the product does not have the promised characteristics);
2. when the product is affected by a problem it has had from the outset;
3. when a product other than the one intended has been delivered;

To benefit from the Legal Guarantee, these terms must be respected:

1. the Legal Guarantee is valid as long as one year has not elapsed since delivery (two years for purchases without P.. VAT);
2. the defect must be reported to the seller within eight days of its discovery (two months for purchases without P.. VAT);

The Legal Guarantee is imposed by law on the final seller. In this case the buyer has the right to contact the seller, and not to the manufacturer or service centers. The costs are ALL borne by the seller.

In this case you can ask:

1. the repair of the asset or the replacement of it, in order to obtain the restoration of conformity. The costs will in this case be borne by the seller.
2. termination of the contract (return of the price) or a reasonable decrease in the price.

Commercial Guarantee (guarantee of good operation):

The Commercial Guarantee does not replace the legal guarantee, but it adds to it.

It is offered voluntarily by the manufacturer and legally binds it according to the methods established in the guarantee document and in the relative advertising.

It is a guarantee of proper functioning that does not guarantee the absence of original defects, but the fact that there are no defects as a result of prolonged use over time.

Being an optional and additional warranty offered by the manufacturer, he decides on:

1. duration of the Commercial Guarantee (out of custom 12 months);
2. which components are covered by the Commercial Guarantee and which are not;
3. which expenses are covered by the Commercial Guarantee and which are not (for example the transport costs);
4. how to benefit from this Commercial Guarantee (for example how to contact the offerer of this guarantee).
