Description

Pour a small amount of Hulk Super Bond on the glove
Spread evenly on the surface until it is just moist
Apply the stencil on the skin and hold it for 3-5 seconds
Remove the stencil and let it sit for about 6-10 minutes
The area is ready to be tattooed
